I think I can only review this "dump" compared to other dumps. I have been to the Colma Dump, on the site of the current Home Depot. The Hillside Dump and the San Francisco Recycling Dump.

The hardest part of this dump is dividing the stuff into the correct places for recycling. There's a place for metal, appliances, e-waste, paper, cardboard, lumber, bottles, and cans. The actual landfill only takes dirty paper, carpet, plastic trash, and treated or painted wood, shingles, stuff that is in no recyclable.

That's totally noble and correct but when cleaning up an abandoned apartment and yard, it is a lot of sorting into all those categories.
